The Shofar of Elul

I was Bh able to keep clean for a very long time on the Midas hayesod which is very difficult for me now since my wife gave birth a few weeks ago Bh . This night I wasn't able to fall asleep I felt like I don't have control but I kept on fighting I tried to memorize the tzetel kuton from Red Elimeilich ( which i try to read occasionally as a boost) but unfortunately I fell thru very late at night/early morning but I'm going to continue with this battle.
